Migrating data from Aggregate to Central

Hi,
I have been using ODK Aggregate for several projects of my institute and I have lots of data collected and stored, suddenly now ODK Aggregate stopped updates and support.
How do I do easy migrate all my existing setup/data to Central without disturbing the ongoing data collection and what is the feasible solution?

We published our plan for Aggregate in January 2019. I wouldn't call that sudden.

Further, no one is stopping you from using Aggregate. The codebase is available here and the core functionality is likely to work indefinitely. And if it doesn't, we provide extensive documentation in the repo so you can take the code and update and support it as you see fit.
