1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
Until a week ago, I was able to use odk collect to download, fill and send filled forms. However, today, I am unable to download a blank form. It keeps showing "Download Results (Form Id) Failure"

I am using ODK Collect on Galaxy Note 10+ and Android Version 11. I tried this on a OnePlus phone with the same error

Currently, I am unable to find the root cause of the problem.
