Pulling files in ODK briefcase

Hi There

I'm hoping someone can help me!

I'm trying to copy some of my ODK files from Android File Transfer to my Mac so that I can pull them into ODK briefcase. This process worked for two of my Nexus 7 tablets but not for the other two. For some reason I can't copy some of the ODK files on to my hard drive. Is there a problem with the way the files have been saved in ODK collect?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Best,
Victoria

Hi Victoria,

The Android File Transfer app is terribly buggy. Sometimes a reboot
helps, but the most reliable way is to use an on-device file manager
(I like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nextapp.fx) to
zip up the /odk folder and transfer that.
