Tables/Matrix of data entries needed

Trying to create a questionnaire that mostly consists of tables of data entries like the picture uploaded here.

I know that 'table list' under the Appearance gives me radio buttons next to each of the questions. Can I make a similar table with boxes (to enter integers) instead of the radio buttton?

do you mean something like described here Building a table or matrix for a set of questions on XLSForm? If so it's not possible.
