I am experiencing the above mentioned issue on specific devices of mine. Huawei Media Pad T1.

The message you mentioned is displayed if a form can't be loaded because it's too complex (contains too complex calculations) for a particular device.
Here you can read about a similar case Crash when opening a complex form on Android 4 - #13 by Grzesiek2010, actually we introduced that message after investigating that case. There you can find my response how I simplified calculations in the form and you can do the same, that should help.
