Unable to add a second group to my form with ODK Collect

Dear all,
I am unable to add a second group to my form with ODK Collect v1.27.0 & ODK Collect v1.27.3
It crushes and goes back to the menu.
Any assistance?

could you be more specific? It happens during filling a form right? If so could you attach your form so that we can reproduce the issue?

Hi,
I think I have figured out what the problem was.
I've picked out the issue through https://getodk.org/xlsform/ requiring me to use the indexed-repeat() function

I'll get back if the problem persists.
