Hello everyone! I'm a 2020 Outreachy applicant, and I'm working on a project regarding ODK. I'm primarily interested on its users and how to improve their usability. I have a few questions that may help me determine that. Here are the questions:

3. What are some frustrations using ODK? Have they improved?
